Our New Hampshire personal injury practice is led by Attorney Thomas Colantuono. Tom has been assisting clients with their personal injury claims for over 30 years and is one of the most respected lawyers in New Hampshire. His vast experience and genuine concern for the well-being of others is reflected in the impressive results he has achieved for his clients.

As New Hampshire's former United States Attorney and federal prosecutor, Tom established an outstanding record of success due to his passion for ensuring that justice was served for the injured and harmed. In order to maximize a client's recovery, he now works closely with our attorneys and talented paralegals on all aspects of each personal injury case.

Tom served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office from March 1978 to August 1981. He then owned and operated his own law office in Derry, NH from 1981 to 2001, handing a wide variety of legal matters, including personal injury law, for individuals in the greater Derry area. Tom has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association since 1976, and has served on the Ethics Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Bar Association.

In 1990, Tom was elected to the New Hampshire Senate from District 14, where he served until 1996, spending time as the Assistant Majority Leader and Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. In 1998, he was elected to the Executive Council from District 4, representing the greater Manchester area.

In 2001, Tom was named U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire. As U.S. Attorney, Tom supervised work of 23 Assistant U.S. Attorneys in all federal criminal prosecutions and civil matters on behalf of the federal government.

Tom graduated cum laude and with Distinction in History from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. He has taught legal subjects as an adjunct professor at Rivier College, New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University), and the Nashua Regional Vocational Technical College.
